I loved my cake. The People's Cake tastings are unique and personalized to a degree I haven't seen anywhere else. I love that they do custom sketches right there and show you what they are thinking as you describe your dream cake.

For your anniversary, they will make you a new tier, included with every wedding cake order! So much for the tradition of unfreezing the old cake from last year, fersh cake is always better!

My guests could not believe how fresh and delicious the cake was, when it comes to flavor, Kaysie and the People's Cake really deliver!

Incredible customer service and the best cake in Seattle. These guys are the big time, Food Network Challenge Champions and the best in show at Washington State Sugar Artists, they are who to call when you want extreme, classic, outrageous and elegant wedding cakes. I wanted something that no one has done before, and they delivered. The tasting was absolutely wonderful and the sketch they drew up for me was exactly what I was looking for. If anyone tells you that 'it can't be done' You need to come talk to The People's Cake!

PS, their Irish Cake Bomb is Bailey's and Chocolate mousse, the guests absolutely loved it!

Misleading. Kaysie was initially very personable and our cake tasting was unbelievable. Not only did the cake taste wonderful, she showed us some of her artwork and sketched the cake of my dreams within minutes.

After signing our contract for a wedding cake and groom's cake, Kaysie became unreachable and talked of moving to Seattle with her husband. She assured me that she would still be able to make our cakes.

When I showed up on my wedding day, my cakes were literally a joke. The groom's cake was laughable and very dry. The wedding cake was not attractive and did not look anything like the sketch - very poorly done. To make it all worse, the wedding cake was very dry, the fondant was nauseating and NO ONE ate our wedding cake.

I tried to reach Kaysie after my wedding (maybe a PARTIAL refund or to at least let her know we were SO disappointed) and she was not reachable via phone, email, or snail mail.

Still very disappointed - my wedding was 2 years ago.

Beautiful *and* delicious!. I asked for a simple, chocolate birthday cake. Kaysie delivered a beautiful, elegant cake that had amazing layers of flavor. Perfect texture, not dry, with several kinds of icing throughout. Best birthday cake ever!
