awful - stay away!. Our first visit to Bustle was shortly after it opened, and it was disappointing. Their website says pastries are delivered twice a day, but they were TOTALLY hard and not even a little bit tasty. Coffee was fine - nothing to write home about, but perfectly acceptable.

We returned a few months ago, in a large group (there were 6 of us). Since some of us live on Queen Anne, we wanted to give it a second chance. Again, all of the pastries were so stale as to be inedible. We complained to the waitstaff, who said we could trade them for other pastries in the case. We traded one of them, and the "new" pastry was also stale. They refused to refund our money for the pastries. They asked that we return the next day when the manager would be there, and that he/she would certainly give us a refund.

Luckily, the person who had paid for it all was one of the persons who lives on QA. So they took the time to return to the shop the next day as instructed, and guess what - no manager in sight. Wasn't that he/she had even been scheduled to come in either - the staff was just giving us the run-around. The person who paid for the coffees and pastries gave up on trying to get her refund - $12 or $15 for the 6 pastries just wasn't worth the effort or hassle or frustration. But you can be sure that none us will ever go back there, and we'll be sure to let anyone who asks us know what we think of the place.

This was a big bummer, because those of us on QA always love to support new local business, but this one just doesn't deserve our (or anyone's) support.
