New management and talented staff.. I've worked with the new owner many times as he has been the hairdresser on the set of several model and advertising photography shoots at my studio. I was well aware of his positive personality and dedicated passion for color and cut, and always enjoyed working with him. When I heard he had bought the salon in Everett I was excited to finally have someone of his level so close to home. My schedule is difficult and getting into Seattle for an appointment with a designer hairdresser almost impossible so I've had to suffer with substandard color and cut for years. I called Absolut Hair Salon on a Saturday afternoon, very short notice and explained to Skye who answered the phone that it was the only time I could get in before a big event. She sweetly told me she would see what she could do. I was called back very shortly and told to get in asap, Jessee would fit me in after his last set. I needed a lot of help with my dry, over processed mess. I walked out with soft, healthy rich chocolate brown with subtle highlights and a clean, layered cut that was easy to maintain. Perfect.

Definitely the best hair color and cut I've had in 5 years.

The staff is warm, welcoming and with Jessee's direction the salon is going to be amazing.

Best haircoloring salon around!. I have been seeing Jessee to highlight and cut my hair, since before he bought this salon . He has always managed to get the color just right, and he has tricks to make it last longer too! I have been to the salon and I love it! Everyone is super friendly, and always there to offer a tip to help you manage your hair better. The prices are reasonable, and the hours are great. You won't be disappointed if you give this salon a try!

Excellent Service from Start to Finish!. I am 44 and wanted an updated look without looking desperate or unstylishly trendy. Jesse really listened to what I wanted, asked great questions, and then created a whole new look for me that I love, love, love! He recommended a cut and color that I've never had before. He also showed me how to style the new haircut and gave me tips on how to give my roots a boost during my long workday without a lot of fuss. Not to mention, I was served a coffee and water during my cut and color.

The compliments were plentiful today at work. Styling it was easy, and I just couldn't be happier. Absolut Hair will keep my business for years to come. Thanks a ton, Jessee and the Absolut Hair Team. =)

Love Jessee, great stylist!. Jessee has colored and cut my hair a couple times, and I love what he does. Very down to earth, yet really explains what I need to do at home. Highly recomend him.

Hair Salon with a heart!. I am the owner of Absolut Hair. I pride myself on having a fun and open relationship with my co workers!! I work right along side of them daily....I do not boss them around or act as though i am "better" than them!

I know for a fact that the review that was written about my salon attacking me was written by a past employee...Please take it with that in mind and come in and let us give you the ABSOLUT experience!

Fell right into absolut hair experience. Great stylists, all with great training, you feel right at home, they offer you a drink as soon as you walk in the door, never been in before? they'll still greet you by name. large amount of product for sale great selection and reasonably priced for a salon. they do everything and most always have great deals. each stylist spends their time with their client not all over the salon, but even if they arent a big group conversation is always fun. i love going in to get my hair done. if i do color, cut, foil they always cut me a deal. family friendly with a place for kids. always prompt when calling to remind me of appointment and asking if i need to reschedule at the end of my appointment that day. they make sure i leave happy.

customer reassignments, over pricing, and the noise level with in the business. this salon is fast paced and LOUD!!! It would be nice if the client was treated with a little bit more of individual time with the stylist assigned to the client. While I was there a client who had an appointment with the owner was laughing told she would have to see a different stylist as the owner (laughingly) said she was too booked but that the other stylist was very "competent". The client then said that this was not the first time this had happened, but would go ahead. The owner did not appear to be too busy to see the client she was booked with and appeared to be more interested in planning the evenings events with some of her staff as well as recalling the "fun" they had had in the past few evenings. it appears to this reviever that the owner needs to set better standards with herself as her employess "role model", and follow through with the clients she has booked for herself. I also heard that one of the clients stated they had been witness to this type of "styist reassignment" without notifying the client ahead of time. It does not seem to be very professional, and last but certainly not least, a client was charged in the range of $300.00 for a cut, color, foil, and produts. I could understand this in Seatle of Beverly Hils, but in Everett? It raises the question, who is the priority of this business owner, her clients, or her pocket book.

I would give the business a 2.5 star rating.
