Citysearch Editorial Review.
There is one key to a good bookstore that supersedes all others. It is not creativity in space (though Couth Buzzard has it), and it’s not even a great selection (also a feature of Couth Buzzard). It is comfy chairs. This Couth Buzzard books has them in spades, dispersed throughout the meandering aisles of books like so many well-cushioned seeds of knowledge. This feature alone makes Couth a great place to sit down and catch up on the Brothers Karamazov or the latest from Eckhart Tolle. Besides its esoteric collection and comfy chairs, Couth Buzzard has one other lovely thing going for it: an espresso bar--the Seattle Piste de Resistance. With that powerful bookworm trifecta, it’s no wonder this place is a Greenwood gem.
