Citysearch Editorial Review.
This hip Belltown coffeehouse fits right into a block full of funky neighborhood restaurants and bars. The name Bedlam is echoed by the interior décor–an eclectic assortment of found objects which range from a bicycle mounted to the wall to a string of globes, a partial Space Needle recreation and a stuffed deer head. Drink sizes here run from “tall” to “taller” to “tallest,” and all kinds of coffee enthusiasts rub shoulders and chat as they wait for Bedlam’s specialties: the lavender and rose mochas. There are plenty of nooks to plant yourself in to work or socialize with one of the many board games set out for customers’ use. In addition to drinks they offer a wide range of fresh pastries and donuts from local bakeries that vary by day.
