Southern flair and strong drinks. On a side street in Capitol Hill, Captain Black's slings booze and bar food that will have you doing a double-take at the menu. Fried-to-order chicken with waffles and syrup, bubbling mac n' cheese, deep-fried cheese curds and an array of po'boys make this saloon a worthy stop for late-night bites.
