Beware of TIPPR they do not back what they sell .... I purchased 2 toys from them it was a nightmare to get them shipped and TIPPR would not help at all. When they finally did come they were the cheapest Chinese pieces of garbage I have ever seen one didn't work at all. When I contacted TIPPR I never even received a reply, the company that sold them would not do anything about even the one that didn't work...............ABSOLUTE RIP OFF TIPPER AND SOURCE VISTA !!!!!!

Every problem should be reported to both the BBB and consumer protection with the Attorney General's office. The fact that they do not have a customer services department is illegal and a clear indication they are ready to do wrong and not make right.

Also If you live in Seattle, let's start knocking on Doors. These people keep moving like Cockroaches

Tippr is the online retailer of scams. I purchased a voucher for $500 of airfare credit and $200 for hotel stay through tippr (actual company brokering is Next Stage Promotions). Flying from Seattle to Las Vegas I was offered a red eye flight with a 6 1/2 hour lay over for 2 people @ $1000 from Alaska Airlines. What kind of deal is that.

Next they tacked on some additional fees. When the final bill came in it was for over $ 1,200 without any special requests. I looked on Alaska and without any promotions, I could fly round trip 1st class for $430 a person at any time of the day.

After many e-mails with both Tippr and Next Stage Promotions, I have gotten no where.

My recommendation is this.

1st, don't use tippr, they are fraudulent d-bags

2nd if you're like me and you already used them and are stuck in a whole. Contact your card company to have the money refunded and then to contact Tippr.

Don't try their customer service, but instead pretend you are interested in using their services to promote your business. This is the only way to talk to a Tippr employee. Once you have their name and e-mail. Game on.

I assumed that my experience with Tippr would be similar to my experience with Groupon - positive. I was very wrong. I purchased a non-working voucher from Tippr. I have been trying to contact their customer support for a week and a half to no avail (10 emails and 3 phone messages). I am now going through my credit card company to dispute the charge. What a huge waste of time. Do not use Tippr Seattle.

Take this TIP from me and many others who have found themselves in the same position- Do NOT do buy anything or business with this company! Buyer be aware- be very aware that they do not act in good faith and have false and what I have found misleading advertising. Be it over inflated value of their goods or just plain false advertising. TIPPR takes your money and then refers you to the supplier as they say that it is their problem. They "close" your complaint case when they refer you to their supplier. They take your money and run and so should you- run away! I have had positive experiences with Google offers and Groupon.

They made fraudulent charges to my credit card 2x. I had to close two credit cards. Discover noted it was TIPPR. I will never do business with them or Groupalicious again. They just wanted my credit card information...as far as customer service.. none exists. Go with a reputable company with a good BBB rating. These people have F's.

I have no idea how they are still in business, with Living Social and Groupon actually caring how the deals work out it makes Tippr pointless. For a company that is supposed to save me money I have lost over $300 on deals that the companies refuse to deliver.

I am now going to be contacting both the better business bureau and the Seattle city attorneys office

Awful. I have used them a grand total of 3 times, once for a deal and twice for goods. The deal was a headache to cash out, and the two physical goods orders have gone AWOL. Tippr keeps referring me back to the vendor but the vendors say go to Tippr. Luckily, I paid via Amazon Payments and they have an OK dispute policy.

Stay away from these folks. I have three orders that never arrived, and I am having to go through my credit card company to get refunds. They are shysters.

I've had some positive experiences with services (restaurants, spa) but really shoddy merchandise sold through Tippr merchants...poor quality overpriced knock offs, shipped late, didn't receive everything I ordered. Buyer beware!
