Great office with great care - esp. the numbing spray!. I've been to several dentists in the last 10 years, and Dr. Wiltbank is absolutely the best I've seen.

He's nice, thorough, and extremely gentle. Doing both necessary and cosmetic work, he always made sure I was comfortable and that I knew what was going on.

In fact, when I was waiting for my first appointment with him, I spoke with a patient in the waiting room who said that she would only go to Dr. Wiltbank (after years of not going to the dentist at all) because he was so great. After my experience with Dr. Wiltbank, I totally believe her. This guy is awesome!

And it's not just him. During my cleaning, I was having a hard time with x-rays because I have a strong gag reflex. His hygienist (Heather) offered me a topical numbing spray (like the sore throat spray). Just a little squirt relaxed my reflex and let me have the x-rays taken without ANY problems. Usually, x-rays are the hardest part for me, but I breezed right through them because of this spray. It's genius! I can't believe no one offered it to me at other places.

All in all, I love this office, and I'll be going back for my regular appointments for a long time. Thanks for a great experience!

Wonderful and easy-going dental office. I started going to Dr. Wiltbank (at Colby Pacific Family Dentistry) when I moved to Everett in 2008. Compared to other dentsits I'd seen - including fancy, expensive dentists in Portland - Dr. Wiltbank and his staff are just as competent, but better-priced and more friendly. There's a low-pressure approach that focuses on necessities and preferences, not just high-priced cosmetic work. I actually enjoy my dental visits now. I highly recommend this practice.
