Bellevue Laser & Cosmetic Center, Dr. Diane Chiu

I saw Dr. Chiu for a few large freckles that I wanted removed. Her front desk and staff are friendly and warm. She answered all of my questions, even ones that were unrelated to what I was seeing her for. She is extremely knowledgable about asian skin and the problems that we tend to have with hyper-pigmentation. She gives you the best options and educates you and will always go for what's best for your skin. She also doesn't push for the most expensive option, which I find a lot of offices do. I have since recommended Bellevue Laser & Cosmetic Center to everyone I know. I sent a friend's dad there for a severe eczema problem that his dermatologist couldn't fix for years. She fixed it and now he can bend his fingers again. His daughter visiting from Hong Kong needed freckles/moles removed, and she said, "It's worth the price of a plane ticket to go see her!". Do not waste your hard earned money and valueable time here. I went there for treatment of acne, but when I asked about my face was getting worse, the answer Dr Chiu gave me (twice) was "I dont know whats going on with your face". Had I not explored about the side effetcs of the medicines myself, I would have never known and would have ruined my face forever. Dr Chiu never told me about the side effects. I had to stop the treatment and within a week everything started getting normal. I would not go back to her or reccomend anybody go there. Its a wastage of time and money.…

An Outstanding Practice. Simply put, Dr. Diane Chiu and the entire staff at Bellevue Laser Cosmetic Center set the standard by which other medical teams and offices should aspire. Not only is Dr. Chiu an extremely knowledgable and gifted dermatologist, she is also a very caring person as well. Nicki Vaseghi, LME, is an outstanding asset to her medical team as are her medical assistants and the entire office staff. They truly set the bar for professionalism in a medical office.…

Best Dermatologist!!. I recently saw Dr. Chiu for my first full skin exam. I have very "moley" skin and have had quite a few weird looking moles come up lately and thought I should have them looked at. I was very nervous going into the appointment because I had never been to a dermatologist before and I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Her staff was very kind and seemed very happy to see me as a new patient. Dr. Chiu was very thurough with her exam and made sure to note every mole that looked suspicious or strange to her. She decided to remove two of my moles and the procedure was virtually painless! A week after my appointment a medical assistant called me to let me know the biopsy results. Both of my moles were cancer free but I was told that they were abnormal and were probably going to grow into something bad had I not had them removed. What a relief! The scars are healing beautifully! I would recommend Bellevue Laser & Cosmetic Center to anybody!…
