I went to see Dr. Chiu a year or so ago, because I had the skin disease Lichen Planus, she knows her stuff, she is a very lovely Asian woman, and she came in and took one look at my purple spots on my legs and she knew what it was, then it went to my mouth and gums. She left her practice at the Meridian practice, and left to have a baby. I went to see another dermatologist, who I will not name, but was worthless, to say the least, I went to check a few months later, to see if Dr. Chiu had resumed her practice and I was pleased to find her in Bellevue, quite a drive for me, but worth it for a good doctor, she is very competent, friendly, and a damn good dermatologist, I would NEVER go to anyone else.

Dr. Diane Chiu and Nicki Vaseghi are PHENOMENAL!!!!!

Nicki took her time to go over the different lasers and helped cater a specific treatment that would address my acne scars. This has plagued me my whole life while making me feel self-concious. You can tell from Nicki that she loves her job and that she really cares about her patients. She thoroughly went over post precedure care along with helping me chose the best skin care from their selection. Everything from the polite and friendly greeting from the desk staff to the kind smiles and assistance from the nurses to Nicki. Dr. Chiu definately has a keen eye for what it takes for a great team. They treated me as if I was family. This was a pleasant surprise.

Thank you Dr. Chiu, Nicki Vaseghi, and the rest of the Bellevue Laser and Cosmetic Staff for making me feel like I found my road back to confidence!!

Nicki, lisenced aesthetician, passionate, creative & caring

I was looking at some photos my daughter posted on Facebook and it struck my how wonderful her skin is looking. I would not have been able to say this just 2 months ago.

She had been under the care of another dermatologist for months, but we weren't seeing any results. So, I asked some friends if anyone knew another dermatologist, Dr. Diane Chiu's name came up.

I made an appointment for my daughter and it has been the best move we have ever made. Not only has Dr. Chiu found a regime of medications that are working for my daughter she has also introduced us to Nicki Vaseghi, their in house licensed aesthetician. At our first visit you could tell Nicki has a passion for skin treatment and care. Nicki has done 3 medical facials and most recently done 2 laser treatments on my daughter's face. It is amazing the improvement my daughter has seen form these treatments. Nicki is so personable and has developed a fabulous rapport with my teenage daughter. When Nicki found out that the meds. were upsetting my daughter's stomach, Nicki suggestioned how to take them that might be more tolerable. Her suggestions worked and now my daughter can take the meds with no side effects. At each visit Nicki dreams up another protacole to clear up my daughter's acne, and everytime we've seen improvements.

If we've seen this much transformation in 2 months, I can't wait to see what's next to come. I wish we would have come here first. My daughter could have been posting beautful pictures of herself alot sooner and wouldn't have had to go through over a year of the embarrassment of extreme acne.

Oh, the little brother loves the Belevue Laser, and Cosmetic Center too. He says they have the best cartoons and snacks, and actually looks forward to our visits to Nicki's. Thanks for having a family friendly envirnment and team. My son is totally entertained and catered to, while I am with my daughter during her treatments.

Arrogant and highly impatient Doctor

I had visited her after looking at the reviews for getting my skin examined for a possible sun burn. She kept us waiting for 30 mins after her assistaant had taken all the details from us.She did not like that I had gone to her receptioonist while waiting asking why Doctor was so late and raected very angerly. She gave a very harsh and rude treatment and I was shocked by her behaviour.. This visit left a very bad taste in my memories and this is my first bads experience with a Doctor. I woudl NEVER go her again in my life.

Smart, Skilled, and Professional

Dr. Chiu has been my dermatologist for about 5 years now. I really appreciate her no-nonsense, direct communication, and the friendly efficiency of her dedicated team! She's helped me with everything from removing suspicious moles for cancer screening, to the right Rx for Eczema & the right "filler" for my under-eye hollows.

It seems to me that it's important to trust your face to a professional M.D. who has dedicated their entire career to skincare (You only get one face in this life!) and so many years of knowledge with cosmetic procedures. So, when the circles under my eyes became unbearable, it was only natural to see Dr. Chiu for a solution. During the consultation, she responded to my questions and also made additional suggestions about Restylane/Perlane/fillers etc. During my treatment she was super focused, and afterward I had zero bruising.

2 months later I'm still enjoying the result. I also like her approach of scheduling a followup/touch-up visit a week or 2 afterwards. The location at Bellevue Laser & Cosmetic Center has easy parking and a nice office with tasteful decor. Truly one-stop shopping for healthy skin and non-surgical cosmetic enhancement!
