Seattle >Chloe Bistrot
Excellent restaurant with romantic setting.. It was all fantastic. The service was excellent and for the price ....we will definately come again. The place was so bizarre...in a good way, the maitre'd was very informative when we arrived and told us about the place as he took us to our table. The menu was superb and food faultless. Well done! Really beautiful French cuisine that did not dissapoint. The service was way beyond my expectations, which was nice as I had high expectations from the staff anyhow. Top marks, will definately return on a regular basis.
Citysearch Editorial Review. French restauranteur Laurent Gabrel continues to bring a little bit of Paris to Seattle with his newest venture, Chloe Bistrot in Laurelhurst. Taking note from its older Madison Valley sister, Viola French Bistrot, Chloe’s menu proffers classic items for the discerning Francophile: herbed garlic escargot arrive hot and tempting in a rich butter sauce, braised duck legs in orange sauce are tender and meaty, and the smoked trout salad is a light and refreshing choice for a summer meal. Seafood lovers rejoice--the menu offers a parade of shellfish, bivalves and fish: choose from sweet mussels in cream and melted leeks, crab and mascarpone ravioli, and grilled salmon with fennel. Plush drapes and cherry red banquettes create a cheery yet romantic atmosphere for the thirty-something neighborhood crowd.
