A Horrible Experience. I bought a massage for my partner from Re leaf massage in Seattle on May 21st through Groupon. She made an online appointment (because they don't answer their phone. Should have been the first clue!) in July for a September 17th appointment. Something came up and she couldn't make the appointment we called 5 times in a week trying to reschedule. NOBODY EVER CALLED US BACK. They do not list an email address. My partner then told me to take the appointment and we called to tell them I would be coming instead of her. All of this was voice mail because THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE. Not once did anyone call us back. I drove 20 miles and paid $6 for Parking. I show up at a locked door. I was a little early so I waited 5 minutes. I tried to call them and once again they did not answer the phone. Then I banged on the door again. 5 minutes later a lady showed up at the door she was there by herself. She said she didn't have anymore appointments. She went into her computer and said it looks like they took my partners name off the schedule. So my partner did not get a massage, I did not get a massage and am so mad about this whole thing. It was supposed to be a gift for someone and it turned into something terrible. A big thumbs up to Groupon though as they refunded my money right away.
