Strange setting, ok food. I really wanted to like Citrus as I live in the neighborhood but unfortunately, its like someone picked up Amber, cheapened the decor and dropped it in South Lake Union. Their biggest strength is that it's right on the water, but the deck is TINY. Another problem is the food. They bill themselves as a unique dining experience, but what is unique about sliders, shrimp cooked in a spicy sauce and potstickers??? The food was ok, but for $7, you can get potstickers at Citrus, or for $8 you can get a gorgeous prawn cocktail sitting outside on the deck at Daniels, enjoying a more sophisticated, professional crowd.

I heard they have salsa some nights, so if that's your thing, Citrus might be worth the trip, but for just a casual drink and dinner or snacks, go somewhere that will truly impress you.
