Citysearch Editorial Review. The U-District mini-mart storefront can fool you, but the owners here have wised up to where their skills lie and converted most of the space into an excellent, if spare, Indian restaurant. The menu is varied and includes a large selection of dosas, over-sized Indian crepes made from rice and lentils. Service is a little slow, but you can see them as they prepare everything in the open kitchen that runs along the front hallway. You’ll find things on this menu that are hard to find outside of India, not to mention in Seattle, so be sure to branch out from your usual order.
