The beautiful, artsy dining room and two separate bars (one to watch the open kitchen entertainment and one to drink) pairs perfectly with a menu filled with seasonal, beautiful and artsy dishes (the owner is a trained artist - who knew?). The only thing that stands out on the menu here is everything.

LOVE everything that comes out of this kitchen here! Seasonality is huge, but not without delivering on technique and flavor which so often is missed with a Farm to table aesthetic. This is the kind of place that you want to taste everything on the menu and make a night of it!

An open kitchen with roaring grill flames nearby, atmosphere is warm & legitimate. Order the special of the day or whatever has foie gras.
Duck terrine was excellent. I had a merguez sausage special that blew me away with flavor.
If you sit at the bar open the egg for a tasty surprise!
Word on the street is the burger is superb
The mushroom bread pudding is amazing.
The changing menu is dependably shot through with a strong Mediterranean streak. If youre a pork rind person, these ones are housemade, fun with cocktails, and locally famous.
The rabbit tenderloin special was alright. Try Local 360 in Belltown versions.
Meaty, French-influenced La Bete offers elegant dining with a side of pork rinds. [Eater 38 Member]
Try vegetable fritters, mushroom tart, trifle, salted chocolate caramel tart -- oh just try everything.
