What a Great Surprise. My daughter in law had my carpets cleaned for me while I was away. Wow I was so surprised when I came home, my carpets looked brand new. The were some stains in the carpets that were there for a long time that other cleaners told me would come out... they are not there anymore. I just want to say Thank you 360 Carpet Cleaning you guys are awesome.

Carpet looked great. Bought a groupon for this company, very 'Happy' with there customer service and cleaning. They took very good care of protecting are home from there hoses and moped are floors when they were done. Will use this company again.

Will use again. I called this company after having my carpet cleaned by another company, the previous company had left my carpet very wet, and 3 days later it was still wet. I called 360 and told them my problem and they had a truck there within the hour,they first told me they would have to reclean and treat the carpet for mold and mildew since it had been over 36 hours of the carpet being wet, they then did several dry passes with this rotary cleaning machine that they use, and I have to say what a big difference in the cleaning from the last company. They were able to remove stains that the other company said they couldnt get out. Long story short this company was great from there reaction time to my problem to taking care of my home I will never use another company but 360. Thank You for the wonderful care that you showed for my home and family.

BAD RIP OFF SERVICE. This Carpet Cleaners is a waste of time and money. 1st, I called to make an appointment & the person who answered the phone was having a bad attitude that was a bad sign, but my friend told me to contact them to schedule an appointment, because she used to have them over to clean her house. So, I figure maybe it was a bad timing or so. But, I schedule anyways, and when the technician got here, he seems like he was rushed, didn't want to answer any my concerning questions about the cleaning. It was a horrible experience. The carpet was wet for a long time and the cleaning wasn't all that great, there was still spots everywhere. Next time I know not to use them anymore... I'll let my friends know.

Excellent Service. These guys are great. Small company with great response time and a really great staff.

We have used them for 5 years now in two of our homes and we really trust them with our rugs.

One cold winter night I absolutely had to have the carpets cleaned for a holiday party the next day and the technician worked over-time to finish the job...despite the fact that the hoses were frozen because it was so cold. I would have given up but he stayed and did a great job!

Now I have them cleaning our new carpet almost once a month! LOVE THEM!

Fantastic Service, Professional Employees. I have used 360 Carpet Cleaners for years, and they are the only company I am willing to use. I have a crippled dog and there have been accidents in the house. I had gone through four different carpet cleaning companies before trying 360 Carpet Cleaners. They spent twice the expected time to fix mistakes made my myself and the other cleaning companies, and then gave me wonderful suggestions for keeping my carpets clean.

They are a great company, and I have recommended them to all of friends, and I am highly recommending them you as well. I honestly love the work they do, and the technicians are so knowledgeable. Even the receptionist is awesome!!!

Very Professional Company. My name is Steven Hurst you can e-mail me at stevenhurst56@yahoo, I wanted to make sure that those reading this review know that it is true.

I used 360carpetcleaners today to do my home and my mothers. I was referred to them by my realator from John L Scott; who mentioned to me they are the peferred company for there carpet cleaning sevices.

From calling the office and talking to Angelina, who was very upbeat and friendly; to Shawn the carpet cleaning technician, who came to do the jobs; my experience was nothing but good professional service. At the end of the job they asked me to write a review, and I was more then wiiling. I was shocked however, as I read the other reviews posted. I can tell you that I dont believe the prior review that was written or some of the others, just because I had a completely different experience.

I wanted to do more research on 360 so I was more informed when referring them to family and friends. I found out that they have been in business for twenty years, and have a excelent reputation in there community. Also they are fairly priced sitting in the middle range of their competition. I even checked their Better Business Bureau rating and found that they have one complaint filled in the last three years; that was not resolved.

To make my point dont believe everything you read, but do your own reserch on a company before you use them. This company was a pleasure to work with and I will refer them to my friends and family. If you have any concerns, DON'T! I recommend you give them a try, you will be happy.

Fake Reviews,and beware are not customers. We would like to thank all are new and repeat customers who have given us such great and true reviews. Here at 360carpetcleaners, we would like to be able to please everyone, however that is just not possible. So over the last twenty years we can honestly say that we have 98% customer satisifaction rate, and have been voted the number one company in are area. We have only had one complaint filled against us with the Better Business Bereau in twenty years. We are not saying we dont have bad reviews and things dont always go right, but we do every thing we can to take care of are customers. All of our reviews posted are customers that have given us permission to give their name and number if you would like further knowledge.

Great Cleaners. They do a great job of cleaning the Redmond Athletic Club, always prompt, efficient, and use quality materials. The club really shows a difference when 360 Carpet Cleaners come and and clean the carpets.
