Knowledgeable and responsive. I own a small business. I designed my previous website using one of those supposedly do-it-yourself web site creator tools, but even that required a learning curve. Updating was a pain because I had to “relearn” the process each time. So, this was a definite area where I could use some help. I hired bWyse. They have done a great job and the process has been fun. I now have a website that is easy to manage and maintain - because, Wendy and June do most of the work! Shortly after my new website launched, I began a blog. Wendy posts it for me each week so that I can focus on the content and not have to worry with the mechanics of posting. In addition to creating and hosting my website and posting my blog each week, bWyse also hosts my e-mail. bWyse is very responsive and committed to staying on top of the ever changing social media changes. They provide support to ensure their customers know what is changing and how to proactively prepare. I consider Wendy and June a part of my business team.

Knowledgeable and caring. About 3 years ago I asked bWyse to evaluate my website. It was created by a company that does them specifically for my profession. When they looked at it they were upfront and told me that I would be better off staying with my current site. My wasn't bad and it would be very costly to create a whole new one with all the content that I have on it. So I was impressed that they were honest with me and didn't try to sell me something just for the sake of the dollar. They did however give me some free tips to improve my site which I was able to implement through the other company.

That impressed me enough that I asked what else they do. They explained that they also host email. At the time I did not have email for myself and staff that was specific to my business (name@mybusiness for example.) For a reasonable fee bWyse was able to set this up. It gives us a more professional image and is easy to use. We have also had several times where we needed to set up a new person or changed over computers. The bWyse girls were very prompt in responding to my requests for help, all at no extra charge.

They have also offered classes that I have attended on social media and using video on your website. These were very informative and hands-on.

Overall, I highly recommend bWyse if you are looking for a new website, need website optimization, need email hosting, or need training on making the internet work for you.
