CR Master Roofing always had time for me.. Our project manager has been a pleasure to work with, I would highly suggest him to any of my friends or relatives. During our estimate Michael took his time explaining every faucet of our roof. He provided several available options that would fit our budget best. He told us which option he recommended for our particular type of home and which color would match best. The price was reasonable compared to the other bids we had collected. When it came down to making the decision on which company to chose it was based on the professionalism with which Michael handled himself. Anytime I had a question he would answer our call immediately, if he was busy he gave us a time frame when he would get back to us. The finished product looks fantastic, I'm completely confident it will hold up well. The roofing crew was absolutely amazing. They were careful of my garden!

The process was a breeze. Awesome team! We are pleased with our roof! They were responsive to our needs and concerns – they heard then acknowledged each point. We appreciated the attention to detail.The entire process was a breeze. The crew worked in a professional, courteous, diligent and had a timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves and even used a magnet to locate any nails or metal pieces left behind. We heard nightmare roofing stories from our neighbors and we were concerned about the process. We did not have any issues! Even when there was a change, they were polite and explained the process they were using on our home while keeping our budget in mind.

It was easy.. I noticed that several shakes had fallen off of my roof. They came out and took several pictures to show me exactly what was going on with my roof. I thought that the price they quoted me for a repair was fair. The next day someone came out and fixed my cedar shake roof. Easy enough!

CR Master Roofing's website saved my marriage. So I had moss growing all over my roof and my wife said we needed a new one-I said we didn't. So when I started doing study and eventually found CR Master Roofing's website and they have a giant learning center and I learned that my moss just needs to be killed and the roof was fine. The guys from CR came out, looked at the roof, treated it and the moss died. When i need a new roof I'll call them again
