Horrible!.
I don't usually rate restaurants unless they're really really good or really really bad. Dozo Bellevue is the latter.
Whoever rated this place 5 stars has not eaten their ramen. Absolutely horrible...I'd even say it's gross. Overcooked and soft. Tonkotsu soup is watered down and bland. Jaja Men was the worst. Ikura-don was pitiful. Using long grain rice for sushi rice? WTF? Totally wasted 50 bucks! 0 stars if I could give it!!!

Hidden Factoria Gem. This little restaurant is at the end of the Loehmans Plaza by Starbucks. Authentic Japanese food. I had the Kimuchi raman and it was terrific! The Mango Tango sushi roll was great too! Check it out. I'll be back.
