I had been looking to purchase a new vehicle for some time. I had been to several dealerships browsing through inventories and searching the web. I knew what kind of vehicle I was looking for and knew what I was expecting to pay. I found a vehicle advertised by First National and knew I had to see it. I submitted an online inquiry and was promptly contacted the next day. The staff was more than happy to stay late for my hour and a half commute, when even I didn't know if I would buy it that night. When I test drove that truck, I was so impressed by value they were offering, and fully knowing what the truck was really worth, I had my salesman double check to see if the listed price was a mistake. I had an excellent buying experience. My salesman, Ahmed, was very knowledgeable and just a great guy all together. Being in the military, I'm used to people trying to get over on me for my "steady paycheck" and trying to sell me things I don't want with their "special military deals". He was very friendly and willing to do all he could to help me meet my financial budget. I am already recommending First National to my buddies. Thank you Ahmed. I LOVE MY NEW TRUCK!!!

I haven't shopped for many cars in my life and I've never found it to be a pleasant experience. I stopped at a few other dealerships on Aurora, and I was hating the whole idea of car shopping. But at First National, I was helped right away by Ahmed, who let me tell him what I was looking for and didn't try to steer me in another direction.

I feel really good about the price we agreed to. I tested out a number of cars in my price range, and when I had an idea of which one I liked and wanted to learn more about, I was taken through all the info they had access to--carfax, blue book value, vehicle maintenance history, even the auction info for the purchase at First National, I feel really good about the price we agreed to.

worst place ever. worst place ever. Do not understand customer service. disaster. Not even worth the time to detail all the mishaps. all they want is your money, then they refuse to help thereafter. I bought a car from them 5 weeks ago, first i had to replace the tires, then check engine light came on a week later, i had to spend $600 in tune up, now the transmission acting up, i know i bought it used but its 2006 and i paid over $10,000. they never return calls and will never do anything to help, save your money and go somewhere else. i am contacting the attorney general and an attorney
