Corned lamb mizuna salad, pork belly kimchi pancakes, short rib rice bowl, dan dan noodles, monkey bread, toasted barley iced tea, Wakatake Onikoroshi Nigori sake, order it all and thank me later. No reservations but worth the wait for lunch, brunch or dinner.

The corned lamb salad with mizuna, spicy fish sauce and slivered almonds is a nice spin on a Northwest salad. It's a meal in itself. Very hearty.

So many excellent options on this seasonally changing lineup featuring elevated Korean street food: pan-fried dumplings, a dazzling corned lamb salad, deeply satisfying ramen. But the short rib rice bowl is a must-try, a beautifully composed blast of color and flavor. Mix the raw egg yolk in with the grilled beef and spicy mustard greens. Crank up the fire with the house-made pepper sauces.

Close your eyes and point to something on the menu and chances are it will be great. But please don't pass up the dumplings.

No reservations taken but its worth the wait! Amazing flavors of Korean food using NW ingredients. It's easier to get on at lunch.

Really hard to go wrong here. Delicious savory selections, excellent desserts, interesting cocktails. A favorite spot.

Revel is aptly named as the food & beverage program do just that every time I've been. Food with finesse and flavor make it one of my favs!

Rotating seasonal dessert menu, this is the delectable cacao panama cotta w/pineapple. Lovely service, generous portions & great food!
