Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service Auburn, Wa.. Excellent service. I called at 7:15 in the morning and they were at my house at 8am. The sump pump repair took less than an hour to fix and I now I have piece of mind again! Big Bill was courteous and knowledgeable and took away the old pump. Roto Rooter on top of it!. Today, on a federal holiday when I thought it would be hard to get service because alot of businesses are closed, my wife asked that I call a plumber to fix several issues around our house: 3 non-functional bathroom sinks, a leaky kitchen pipe and no water for our washing machine. I chose Roto-Rooter because of name recognition and because of their willingness to help us out on a holiday. Our technician plumber, Sergey Y. was a true professional. First, the dispatcher told us that they could have someone out to my house within an hour--Sergey was there in about 45 minutes! He was professional, clean and articulate and took the time to explain the problems, the causes and the solution. After we accepted the proposal, he was finished in no time flat and both my wife and I were happy with the whole project.…
