Staying true to its name, Collections Cafe showcases the personal collections of glass artist Dale Chihuly. Some have called his collections a cry for hoarding help, while others are intrigued by his overwhelming rat-packing. Everything from cast-iron dog bookends to shaving brushes are on display at the cafe: hanging from the ceiling, shelved on the walls, and embedded in the tables. The menu is just as beautiful, offering up fresh seafood, meat and vegetables--all delivered on your plate in a visually stunning manner, of course.

Talk about eye candy! This gorgeous dining room features various knickknacks and jim-cracks belonging to legendary artist Dale Chihuly. Gotta love the vintage accordians dangling from the ceiling. The food is decent, a mix of updated comfort food fare using Northwest-grown ingredients. But it's easy to get upstaged by all dazzling decor.
