All my files were saved! I think Pac Man visited my computer overnight and was having a good time eating my files! I dropped off my computer to Secure Data Recovery Services for repair. They said they would do a File / E-Mail Data Recovery and remove the Pac Man. They did just that. Pac Man left and all of my files and email and contacts were returned. I have used Secure Data Recovery Services in the past and as always the cost is affordable and their experience in recovery is phenomenal. Thank you once again and I hope Mrs. Pac Man is not around the corner! LOL

I just knew the Server Data recovery I needed was going to cost me a bundle and I dreaded dropping the server off to any company for repair. I am a small business owner with just 3 employees and did not want to spend a fortune. My server was making awful noises and I knew it was the hard drive going down for the count. Hesitantly, I dropped it off at Secure Data Recovery Services Services. I chose the emergency services for just a little more. Two hours later it was ready for pick up and to my utter amazement, the price was not exorbitant!!! A fantastic job they did and my server now runs very smooth. Thank you for not being way over priced like your competitors!

There is nothing more aggravating than computers and backup systems. When I opened the doors to my office I kept hearing grinding noises. It was my backup tape machine that went bonkers. I fiddled with it for a few hours and finally gave up and researched what company maintained the highest standards and recommendations. Secure Data Recovery Services came highly recommended by fellow associates so I gave them a call. I brought the machine with the tape inside to do a tape data recovery hopefully. I opted for the Emergency Service for just a little more. All said and done, it was ready in less than 3 hours with the machine fixed, tape fixed and everything working the way it should. The cost was reasonable and the staff was experienced and pleasant. The facility had tight security so the safety of my data would be protected from harm. Secure Data Recovery Services is #1 in my book. Thanks again for your services.

You guys are TOP NOTCH with emergency recovery services!!!!. My partner and I store all of our presentations on a USB drive to keep secure. A few weeks ago we went to use it and it said it was corrupted. Immediately we called Secure Data Recovery Services, a company we used in the past. We rushed it over and in less than 2 hours they did a USB & Digital Media recovery for us and we were back in business. Now we store our presentations on a USB and an external hard drive just in case. Thank you for your quickness. Once again, you guys are TOP NOTCH with emergency recovery services!!!!

This crew is the best on the planet. My dog got so excited jumping that she knocked over my laptop onto the kitchen floor when her foot got caught in the wire. I will and have recommended you services. The service was well beyond my expectations at Secure Data Recovery Services. The agent was knowledgeable and seemed to understand what we were going through. He was so reassuring, that it looked too good to be true. Nothing was further from the truth. He was spot on with his assessment. He was very informative through the complete process. I had 2 drives in a RAID 0. I had taken the drives to a different recovery place and was told I was out of luck. They said this is what happens when you run a RAID 0. That to me was hard to swallow. The Quick Books for all my companies was on that drive set. We lost all our back-up’s in the flood. It was like the perfect storm. We were Devastated to say the least. So after a goggle search I found you. Everything we had on the drives was sent back to us on a click free backup drive. All I can say is unbelievable.

I would hire you again in a flash. OMG I hate back ups! The RAID 50 croaked while we were shut down for two weeks. Our last successful back up was over 7 months prior. I was not a happy camper. I called Secured Data Recovery Services to help. They did a RAID 50 Data Recovery which thank god was 100% successful. I would have cried to have lost 7 months of valuable information, contacts, pictures plus. I would hire you again in a flash. Thank you.

The price amazed me and I would use their services again.. I have a love / hate relationship with laptops. I opened it up and it wouldn’t boot up at all. After wanting to throw it out the window I contacted Secured Data Recovery Services to see if they could do a laptop data recovery and they said to drop it off. Only two hours later they called and I had four bad Trojans and viruses that were eating it alive. They cleaned it up for me and now I am back to loving my laptop. Thank you for your speediness and expertise. The price amazed me and I would use their services again.

I am forever thankful. All of my photos from the last 8 years are kept on a smart media cards and USB flash drives. My family was visiting and wanted to see all the photos and when I went to put the media card in, it stated it was corrupt. So I tried the USB flash and that also stated it was corrupted. I just could have cried. As my family and I were talking, someone suggested that they have heard nice things about Secure Data Recovery Service. I gave them a call and explained the problem. We all piled in the car and went to talk with them and I gave them everything I had that was corrupted. They were professional and courteous and said they would try and retrieve my photos back. Only a few hours later they called me and recovered everything. I was absolutely shocked. They put all my photos on DVDs and transferred everything onto one large USB flash gig. My USB & Digital Media recovery was a great success thanks to Secure Data Recovery Service. I am forever thankful.
