A piece of fried (Chicken?) was on a stationary part of the conveyor closest to the Host/Hostess stand near the entry door. Every staff person there passed it as well as every customer and no one removed it. Makes me wonder about attention to details in a category of restaurants that would demand the most attention to detail; Sashimi (Raw Fish Food). Which brings up a concern about selection. Raw Fish is why I'm there. The only selection of raw fish was Sake (Salmon) which is Good but it was "Atlantic" Salmon in the Paciic Northwest: Really? Fresh Salmon here is abundant! Okay it was good. The Mackerel was near room temperature and that was very "If'y". There was also some Spicy Tuna Rolls but the rest of the selection was Tempura. Fried fish is not why I go to a sushi place. This experience should be expected because it's located at the Mall Across from PF CHangs and the Macaroni Grill? Blue C Sushi should focus on wiring it up a little tighter around the shop. None o the staff present appeared over the age of 25. I would not recommend this Sushi place because within a mile from this location is a "Sushi Land" Kaiten Sushi restaurant Bugeoning with Asian customers with a less expensive fare and evey selection possible.
Favorite Kaiten sushi by far. I love the concept of kaiten sushi but have been rather disappointed with some of the other ones I have tried. Luckily for me, this one is a chain that is popping up everywhere. Food is good, prices are cheap, everything is labeled so you know what you are getting and don't have to guess. I love the atmosphere of blue c compared to many of the other kaiten sushis, they usually have some music videos playing and they have some individual tables so you don't just get stuck staring at the food going by. They also have buttons at the table you can push if you need some wait staff assistance which I have found is difficult to get at other establishments. Prices vary but its easy to add up how much you are spending by the color of your plates. There also is tons of wasabi and ginger at the table so you don't have to ask for more all the time. I love the Inari.
Great for lunches, quick bites, and large group outings!. I ate here the other night with a group of 8 friends. We were seated in a large booth with room for more. Our server was excellent, explaining the specials and keeping our Sake full all evening. As an extra measure to ensure speedy service, they have buttons on each table that light up so the servers will know when you need serviced. Great Concept!!
