Tap broke off the wall. We called Roto-Rooter and they had someone ready to come out the next morning. Elvis came over to the house and saw that the entire pipe fixture had come off the wall and it would involve some drywall cutting and parts. The fix took a little over two hours, and came to $480. He wrote up a very detailed receipt explaining that the damage was due to faulty installation, which should make it easy to get reimbursed from the landlord. Very good service

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 4/16/12. Our service was great. They gave us a window of 2 hours and the plumber showed up within that window, although coming from Bellevue, and we are in Seattle. We had a "crappy" situation but the gentleman was more then helpful, going as far as cleaning up the commode after snaking it. It helped that he had a sense of humor and understood that **it happens, let us fix it. Thanks so much.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 04/04/12. I would 100% recommend the Bellevue Roto-Rooter! I had called around to several places and most of them charge just to come out and give you an estimate. Roto-Rooter does not think that is fair. They come out and give you an estimate free of charge and if you think it sounds like a good deal, they have all the tools to get started on your project then and there. Our plumber Elvis was so knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous; we would never go anywhere else for our plumbing needs. It was such an easy experience. If we ever need another plumbing job done I am call Roto-Rooter and asking for Elvis =) Thank you Bellevue Roto-Rooter!

Excellent Service from Roto-Rooter: 11/4/11. We had a pipe burst under the house and we called Roto-Rooter. The customer service rep was super friendly and was empathetic to our needs. We were able to view the status of our plumber's arrival through a dedicated website using their Job Status System - which was great. Also, we received a phone call 30 mins prior to arrival. Brett came to our door within 90 mins of making the call - which was hours ahead of other plumbers we tried calling. Brett Bloomberg was great. Heard my story, understood the problem, made an assessment and got right to work. Brett was fast and thorough and we appreciated the care he took in his work and comments. If you have an emergency situation and need a plumber FAST, call Roto-Rooter and expect excellent service. Huge 5 stars to Roto-Rooter.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 10/26/2011. Early in the morning we needed a plumber in the Bellevue, WA area fast! I called Roto-Rooter and one of their plumbers, Wayne, came in about an hour. He was very friendly and helpful and quickly located the source of the problem. Wayne was able to remove the clog quickly. I would highly recommend Wayne and Roto-Rooter!

Rooter Rescued. Roto-Rooter scoped out my problem leak!! I scheduled my service for Friday morning. The serviceman Robin arrived early, which was great because I was anxious to solve my problem. We used Roto-Roters camera scoping services to find a pipe disconnection under our home. Cool technology pinpointed the problem and saved hundreds of dollars tearing up the slab in the house looking for the leak. Robin was able to tell me exactly where the disconnect was located under our concrete floor, amazing! He was informative and answered all my questions. I would recommend Robin and Roto-Rooter to anyone needing their specialized camera scoping services.

Roto Rooter Service 2-13-2010. I am so pleased with the service Arash, from Roto Rooter, provided. There was a leak at the base of my new toilet and he quickly diagnosed the cause and told me how he could solve the problem. He was professional, efficient, and very pleasant. He took care of the problem and now my toilet doesn't leak. This is my second very positive experience with Roto Rooter.
