Cannot recommend. I recently visited Fischer Meats again, hoping that the service, attentiveness, and quality had improved from 18 months ago.1. Service was very slow. 2. Lean ground beef was terribly fatty. 3. I asked for information about two products, one of which was "mild" Italian sausage. The sausage looked reddish, and, because I have GERD, I asked if it was truly mild or had some hot pepper in it. I was told, "No," in a rather snide fashion. After cooking the sausage, I had to throw it out because it was very spicy.
