Owner said "your so picky!" - Customer Service Horror Story. Was a regular weekly or biweekly customer for 6 months...the place is so lovely - architecture and non-toxic polishes and beautiful chairs sucked-me-in and I accepted the sketchy consistency of the polish-work - never mentioned it when i saw stray polish marks etc.

However, one night I had a very important charity event/dinner to attend and had a dark color put on. When the tech said she was done, my hands were covered with polish marks, on side of my thumbs around edges of the nails..polish everywhere... I asked her to clean-up...she did for about 10 minutes, but maybe she could see it all?? Anyway, i finally went to pay, still nails looked a bit sloppy and for the price, I was not happy.

I mentioned to the owner the tough time getting the clean-up and showed her. She said, "i don't see anything" and "you're so picky!!" I said, "Picky? i have never ever complained and i have an event to go to tonight." She said, "No one will ever look that closely at your hands." i felt like saying, well why do i get manicures then?

That was the last time I went.
