My entire experience with Albert Lee was, although brief, thoroughly enjoyable and very satisfactory. We are enjoying our fantastic new Miele appliances and installation was not a problem even by me, your moderately-skilled homeowner assisted by our local island electrician. Tahir was very patient in explaining the features and specifications of the appliances we ordered and appropriately directed us to the nearby Miele showroom. Delivery went without a hitch and I would like to commend the driver Paco for his careful handling of his big truck on our narrow driveways.

Way to go Albert Lee!

Dale was very well informed, he answered all our questions and helped a great deal with our project. He is an excellent representative for this company. The gentlemen that installed the products, Nate and Yuri, did a fine job and we could not have been more pleased.

This is the second appliance we have bought from Albert Lee in a year. We appreciate Kilian's expertise and knowledge when we bought our refrigerator so we asked for him on our next trip for a dishwasher. He understood what features we wanted and showed us options that would work. He even picked up two more couples on our little tour who were interested in dishwashers and patiently answered everyone's questions. We would definitely purchase any future appliances there. Also the installation technicians were great and very clean with the install.

Shawn and Ted Berry both helped me. While it was Shawn who made the initial sale and got me to come back to look at more items, Ted did a great job (because Shawn was out those next two days) to follow up. in fact it was ted, who helped me with the purchase of two additional items (refrig and range).

Shawn was professional, knowledgeable and a good listener. ted was helpful, facilitating and expertly moved me thru the sale and close process.

All in all, two excellent sales professionals. I will come back to this store because of them.

Tim Behrend was outstanding during the 3 visits we made to the showroom. Aside from being very knowledgeable/helpful, the three things that he did that i truly appreciated were:

1. helped me determine if our venting system would work with a floor model upgraded vent that was a huge savings for us

2. called to let me know that after talking with manufacturer of the range top i liked, that it wasn\'t recommended for my configuration and helped me find a good replacement

3. called to inform me that the person that processed my order (he was with another customer) forgot to include the manufactures rebate (eventhough i had asked specifically about it) and reprocessed it so that we got the rebate ($300).

Elizabeth Arnold at the Bellevue location for Albert Lee has done a great job assisting us with the purchase of a Bertazzoni Stove. She has been responsive, took the time to research our questions and kept us informed on the delivery status.
