THUMBS DOWN! UN-PROFESSIONAL!
I purchased a One Hour Massage through Local Twist. When I called 10 days prior to the certificate expiration date, the owner of Westside Massage Therapy told me she was booked through 10/3/11, and she would not honor my purchase due to the certificate expiration date of 9/30/11. The owner did say I could put the certificate towards the full cost of a massage and pay the difference.
The owner of Westside Massage Therapy refused to honor her contract with Local Twist and stiffed me out of my massage and my money. I run a small business and know what good customer service is. Apparently Westside Massage does not care what potential customers think and is more concerned about her $35.00.!
