Honor your "10 year warranty".. Oops! They are bankrupt. Stay away from Two Face Kitchen Systems. Looks good now. Just wait until it all starts peeling, cracking, and separating in 4-5 years. They won't do anything about it. We had a really lazy, drunk, thieving, and inexperienced installer who ended up being fired. Nonetheless, the company should have corrected the issues. Yes they did come back to finish work that was not completed as contracted. However, when it came to fixing the many problems... "You can't expect us to fix these issues now.." Ummm. YES!!! That's the vary definition of warranty. Honoring your craftsmanship and products for 10 years. Looks like they are closing anyways. Sad really.. If they had just made us happy!!

Extremely disappointed in the longevity. We had our kitchen cabinets refaced and a garden window installed by New Face Kitchens. The cabinets have been delaminating around the corners (as well as cracking) for the last 6 years. When we contacted New Face Kitchens about this problem they said it was because the cabinets were too close to heat sources and moisture and that was a typical problem. Well that sure would have been nice to know at the time of installation!! It seems to me that kitchen cabinets are ALWAYS going to be around heat sources and moisture. They're in a kitchen!! Granted the work was done in 1996 but it seems absolutely ludicrous that a "typical problem" wouldn't have been brought up in the very beginning when we were going over options. Additionally, the garden window has been leaking for a couple years now and has not only caused major mold problems it has also started to cause rot. I am extremely disappointed with how they're product has held up and I plan on letting as many people as possible know.

New Face Kitchens did an excellent job. Dave, at New Face Kitchens did an excellent job as Project Manager and as a craftsman on my kitchen project. His calm demeanor, ‘can do’ attitude, and positive, upbeat nature made him a pleasure to work with. He did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. He always let me know, in advance, what time he would arrive each morning and what would be happening over the next few days. If anything changed, he notified me promptly.

He provided great advice and guidance to me when I needed to make a decision. His craftsmanship was exceptional. Any ‘nitpicky’ thing we found, he fixed immediately. Everything he did looks wonderful. Because of him and New Face Kitchens, I have a beautiful, much complimented kitchen.

Very happy with New Face Kitchen Systems. We recently had our kitchen cabinets refaced with New Face Kitchen Systems and are very happy with the results. However, as much as we like our cabinets, it was the employees who made this experience so very positive. Whether it was dealing with all our questions, many visits to the showroom, counting & recounting cabinet knobs, and helping choose cabinet color, the employees came through with flying colors.

Demetri was our salesman. He was knowledgeable and helpful and even did a drawing when we had problems visualizing the end result. He always took time to answer our questions with a great deal of patience.

My lovely new kitchen. Our job was always neat and tidy at the end of each day. Kept well informed of progress and answered questions readily. Everyone was polite and helpful, never felt they were in the way or we were in their way.

Any problems or concern were responded promptly and couple of mistakes was dealt with quickly. Appreciated New Face Kitchens in acknowledging mistakes and issues instead of trying to cover up or make excuses. Thank you for my lovely new kitchen!
