Highly recommended. Nice people and very professional. I locked my mom safe and couldn't open it , i called around to check what could be the price to open a century fire safe and all of them gave me a high estimate to do that and with a high risk to destroy the safe with no way using it again in the future . Federal way locksmiths were the only one who opened it with no damage recombinant the safe for us again and the price was better than all others.

Very good service. I used these guys' services when i needed to have some high security locks on my back door. The price was better than others company, all of Federal way locksmith team were really helpful and friendly. Call them for any of your lock and key needs

Vey helpful and friendly. There is never good time to lost lose your car keys , so that’s exactly what happen to me , I looked for locksmith to come over and make me a key for my car at 7:00 in the morning , most of the locksmiths don’t work around that time . I found these guys and called them, they sent Mike their specialized for auto locksmith. He made me a key with no time, the price was fair, and the service was really helpful and friendly.

Scam. Horrible, unprofessional, and I am willing to pay for services rendered. This "company" comes out walks directly to my car with NO estimate opens my car within seconds takes my card and charges me on the invoice 49 dollars for the call service 189 for opening my car = $238.00 which is outrageous

Then runs my card over his cell phone in a foreign language for 260.00. I called multiple times to get at least my 22.00 back that they overcharged and no return call. After calling over 5 times they told me to stop harassing them and that I was racist. Unbelievable.

HIghly not recommended and robbed

Thank you. I called Federal Way Locksmith just to check my options and because of their service I have decided they will change my office locks. Since the time I called them they have shown me proffisionalizm and good service. I need to change my locks every once in a while and I will always deal with them from now on.

Very friendly. This local company is just great , they changed all of my residential locks. I called them on Tuesday morning and i got the service on the same day with no extra charges, very professional and clean .

Highly Recommended Locksmith in Federal Way. I moved a week ago to Federal Way from Seattle. I wanted to change or to re key my locks. A friend of my gave me the number of Federal Way Locksmith and said they are really good. I called them myself and saw he was right. They re keyed the locks they could and change two others. Also They match between all locks to be under one key. After he finished he told me the price and it was great. He gave me 10% OFF for new movers.

Federal Way Locksmith. Federal Way Locksmith .I checked this guys record and they are a BBB Members licensed and bonded ,Federal Way Locksmith is highly recommended , the been there for me at 2 am when i locked my keys in the car , their tech arrived within 20 minutes , and open my car in less then 2 minutes .
