THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - BEWARE.
To begin they were much later than they said they would be by 45 minutes. They were instructed by me, the car owner, to pick up the care and bring it to Shoreline Sears. When the driver arrived my daughter incorrectly told him Alderwood. Instead of confirming that is where they went. When asked how this could happen the owner, Sarge, said that the driver told her it was to be Shoreline but she still said Alderwood. When I asked my daughter and the driver the driver said his boss never said Shoreline. The owner, Sarge, used profanity with me on the phone and hung up on me. Don't use them!
