A good pedicure so far. I just move to Marysville and was there for the first time to get a pedicure the service was nice and peaceful. Also I would like to say the customer service was very good after experiencing a mean customer exploding on the tech and he was actually very calm and tried his best to help her but she was just wow. Marysville's best nails salon. people there so friendly. They do nails the best job. I'm Mexican and i dont speak English well but they still nice to me, I got every things done there and everything so perfect. I love the young girl design my nails, it's beautiful.Im not rich but I come there at least once a month 'cause i love there. You guys shoud try doing there…

Worst mani/pedi ever. I rarely get my nails done so it's a big deal when I do. I had the older lady, doesn't speak english, simply says "you like?" I grew my nails for weeks so I could get a french mani, she immediately clipped them square tipped without asking me how I liked my tips. They were sharp and uneven... I mean REALLY uneven. It felt rushed and unprofessional. I kept pointing out errors (which makes me feel awkward and uncomfortable) and she would not fix them or make it right. My pedi was the same way... she didn't shape or shorten the nails to my liking, I asked for shorter and she would not do it. Then she smudged one toe while it was still wet. Rather than re-do it, she just painted some polish over the smudge leaving it all rough and bumpy and it looked ridiculous. I still had to pay for the full price she never seemed to understand what I was saying. I felt so awful. I won't go back again. :-(…
