great trainers and great results!. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the trainers here! They are knowledgeable and supportive. They have really helped me work toward my weight loss and fitness goals through group classes and nutrition coaching. I've seen great results since I've started! It’s always a positive and encouraging atmosphere and I can’t imagine working with anyone else.

Amazing Personal Training!. All of the trainers are incredibly professional, yet approachable and welcoming. The group training classes are so fun and the results are amazing! Even though you're in a group setting, the workouts are very customized and the trainers are so genuine. I would (and have!) highly recommend these trainers .

Great Trainers and classes. Love, love, love the trainers at this gym. They make me feel welcome and are very supportive in my fitness goals. I have worked with many trainers but the trainers here are by far the friendliest and most knowledgeable.

Worst Professtional Fitness Enviroment I Have Ever Witnesse. When you go into a gym, you usually expect a staff that knows how to work equipment, able to provide fitness advice, or maybe even tell you what the readout on the cardio machine means?? This gym to me displays all of what is wrong with the fitness field, lack of knowledge and a complete hypocriacy! It is "Managed" by a 25 year old girl whos knowledge of fitness extends only to snowboarding. The Trainer, well lets just say your normal 24 hour fitness quality. When it comes down to it being a nationally certified trainer i would normally tell you to steer away from the big franchised gyms, but in this case go join golds up the street.
