Lillyseptic is Positive4life? HAHA. We Are NORTHSTAR. I don't understand how such flowery "positive" people can rant like that in such a tone, but it seems way overgeneralized. Especially since my experience was solid and good, not great, i don't remember my drivers ed being graet anyway but Northstar has been around 5 years and gave all me kids good solid instruction and they keep getting better. I've talked to the owner personally and he was open to hearing some ideas about the crew answering calls and I can see how he's taken steps to improve upon the services like with scheduling itself!!! Funny-- your at the light, late, calling while IN the car and in a hurry, so what's so "rude and uncaring" about the girl you talked to? Wheres the other instructor going? what I see is a bypolar driver trhing to get her kid somewhere and messing up so takes something overly personal and has to generalize. But hey Im just a construction worker trying to make a living in a hurry too. I liked Richie and what he had to say positively always encouraging my kids when they drove SO THEY could learn through better reinforcement. We got all our drives, tho a couple times durring summer it got busy so it was drawn out a few months. In the end we got their certificates, two are driving great. Hum, yeah great is better than good.…
