Always a great haircut!. Every time I have gone to Element, Danyel gives me a great haircut. She understands that when I say "layers", I don't want to walk out with some boring soccer mom haircut. Somehow she takes my hand gestures and overly vague requests and translates that to a haircut suitable for a 20 something Design student. She seems to consider what she knows about me and I know she's not afraid to give me suggestions which is a huge relief. The salon itself is always clean and the decor is great, making me feel like I am truly indulging even though the prices are very reasonable. Even though I usually have to wait 3 or 4 days to get a spot, it is well worth it.

Angelina is terrific at Element Salon & Spa. I'am so glad I found Angelina at Element Salon & Spa located in the Landing in Renton. She just gave me the most amazing haircut and color ever!! I get compliments everywhere I go and have recommended several people to Angelina. I live in Issaquah and it is worth the drive to Renton. The salon is new and clean and comfy, they also have a nice beverage bar in the lobby for customers, a great place to come and relax and get pampered.
