Worst Chowmein ever!!. I ordered shrimp chowmein and mind you they charge extra fro shrimp, it comes out with those itsy bitsy bay shrimp the noodles were hard and in general it was totally bland and i'd asked for it spicy. Ourr other dish was a house special beef and it was mediocre. We were able to eat the food by piling the beef dish on top of the chowmein. In short i will never go back to this place. Still in search for good chinese.

I love shrimp, but I hate poo.. The mongolian beef was ok, but I have never been to a place that didn't give out free steamed rice with your order. I was sad :( Of course I still had my shrimp fried rice, so I guess I could just eat that instead...but the shrimp was not deveined. Not that it causes any health issues, but I like my food clean and well prepped. Which is a shame because this place put in a ton of shrimp, which I love.

A Restaurant You Can Call Your Own. China First is a great family-owned restaurant in the U-District. A sit-down restaurant can't get much cheaper and they have so many combination plates to try, I don't think I'll ever make my way through the menu. The sweet and sour chicken, hot and sour soup, and crab ragoon is delicious! The service is incredibly fast and efficient.

I'm not really sure what to make of the other reviewer on here who believes something non-human was watching him eat. If this place is haunted, this is the first I've heard of it.

Fast, cheap, and free delivery. Quick lunch stop with specials. Also, fast delivery to U-District and Wallingford. ($15 minimum for delivery).

Very inexpinsive, but it comes witha price. OK, first let me say that I've eaten here a thousand times and this has only happened once, that I noticed. I walk in and sit down and get my food, as I'm eating, I look up and there is someone else, not human, just sitting there watching me! The food is Ok and this is some really cheap stuff. A full meal is never above $6 and in fact you can get a lunch special for about 3.25 but it sure was not worth it that time. I haven't been back since
