The worst customer service ever. They are nice when you're buying but when you return un-used goods (poor quality), the niceties are the first thing to leave. You can tell customer service is only emphasized 'during the sale' after that, you're on your own. I plan to spend my hefty clothing allowance at Nordstrom where they prize every customer before and after the sale.
Cons: , Over-priced, hard to return goods
