Our agent is amazing! She was always involved and responsive throughout the entire process. Always on top of things. We had some hurdles with the bank and she was able to move things along and help us get it all handled. Truly one of the best agents we've ever worked with. Made the entire experience so much easier and stress free!

I ve used MacPherson's Real Estate to find a rental and they were very professional. The agent I worked with knew the area well and showed me a total of 12 properties over several days before I selected one. There was a great inventory to choose from and the move-in process was also handled well by the company. I would recommend MacPherson's Property Management.

MacPherson's has done excellent work for us over the years managing a total of nine properties. Renter concerns are promptly followed up on and addressed appropriately. Contracts have been administrated professionally and fairly. For the past four years I have been privileged to be working with the same agent and I've enjoyed that relationship. He's taken the headache out of being rental property owners with his expertise and people skills. I recommend him and MacPherson's Property Management whole heartedly.

We had a renter who was very demanding from the beginning of the lease, and we realize their constant requests have taken a great deal of time over the past two years. MacPherson's came up with contractors who were competent in taking care of these diverse situations. We appreciate their professionalism in dealing with rental properties serving as a negotiator between the owner and renter. With their expertise and capability, we feel very comfortable in referring their services to friends and acquaintances in the Seattle area.

Very god management. My particular property manager takes car of everything 'under the sun' and never hesitates to help me or my tenants. I am thankful for her everyday.
