Horrible Service. Second time at Cacie and will not go back after today. I live close by and I made a point to call before going there to see if they were busy. I was told to come in, no problem. I got there 15 minutes later and was told to come back in 1 hour! After I complained profusely, I was told okay, they'll fit me in. I sat with my feet soaking for 30 minutes before I decided they were just going to make me wait the full hour regardless. The whole half hour, not a word about how soon they could start my pedicure or sorry for the wait. 10 minutes in, one of the ladies plopped a couple of mags on my arm-rest without a word.

I just found the whole experience to be so rude and uncourteous. I walked out without a word at the 30 minute mark and won't be going back.

Oh yeah, and the first time I was there and got the shellac nail polish, I swear the lady told me I could take it off with regular nail polish remover. Wrong!!

On a brighter note, I called a different place not too far away and they were much more accomodating. Farther from my house but I'll be going there in the future. Mimosa Nails doesn't have a new and fancy interior but they get the job done with better service and they're also cheaper!
