Great customer service, many beds, no waiting, uses plastic over the beds so you know they're clean, fresh towels in the room to keep your hair wrapped or blocking areas of skin to keep from burning. The massage therapists are great. I've been getting my hair done there for years. They have great pedicures and manicures using a spa chair. The facial specialst is great.

This place is great. I have been going for years and will continue to go. I always get greeted with a smile and recieve the best customer service. They take the time to go over all the details to make sure you get the best experience. They match your skin type, tan desire, and timeframe up to the tanning beds that would fit you best. They have so many beds that I haven't had a problem getting in. They are always clean and you know this because the plastic wrap or fresh sheet that covers their beds. I have also had many massages by their wonderful massage gals. I don't get massages anywhere else. They beauticians are mircle workers, my hair is crazy and they have been the only ones that have done it and I instantly love it.

best salon. I have been a client of Shelly's for probably 10+ years. I used to live about 6 blocks away then and it was very convenient and I was very pleased with the results from her tanning beds. Even my neighbors were frequent clients and I would occasionally see them at the old building where Wallgreens exist now. Back then it was so packed I used to have to make an appointment but business has slowed at the new location so I can just pop in anytime. I have my own wolf bed at home and have tried the tanning beds at the gym but I don't see the same results.I moved to Bonney Lake a few years ago but I am still loyal to Shelly's. The beds tan faster, last longer and they are Great People! Totally the Best Tanning Salon in Auburn! Hey Shelly.... please move your business to Bonney Lake where business is thriving!!!

Auburn Tanning. I have gone to Shelly's for years- way before they were at their new updated location-mostly for tanning and I give it extremely high points. It is accessible, always clean, beds are definitely in good shape and the staff is excellent.

The tanning beds themselves are top-notch and work very well, staff is knowledegable in all aspects and the price is great. I have used all the types of beds at different stages in tanning and been happy with the results.

I also like that when I need to I can buy samples of tanning lotions to try before purchasing.

I have also had my eyelashes permed there as well and was happy with that experience. Overall I would have to say this is the best kept and most effective tanning salon in Auburn and the surrounding areas-and rate them a definite 10. For those looking for other beauty services they have an extensive range including one of the newest additions to beauty treatments-eyelash extensions-a bit spendy but worth it and long lasting.

User review by jenrward. It's not a shi shi Seattle joint, but it's a nice place to go when so far south in King County. They're always very nice to me, accomadating of the fact that I often skid into my appt 5 minutes (sometimes 10) late. The massage person I see there is very good about address my specific concerns and not just the same old massage every time.
