It went well.. The technician looked at the furnace and installed a new filet, cleaned the burner and checked the system. It went well. He noticed a code violation from installation by another company and suggested equipment for safety.

We are very happy with their service.. We used OutToday. Com Plumbing, Heating & Electrical for furnace tune-up. The work included changing filter, clean-up and so forth. He was prompt and on time. We got a 40% discount special deal from Angie’s List for furnace tune-up. The person I dealt with seemed to know what he was doing. He came over and did the work. He checked two furnaces and maintained professionalism throughout. He was very pleasant. The price was good too. We have never had any problems with them. We are very happy with their service.

We were pretty impressed.. The estimator who came out to evaluate the job took a lot of time to answer all of our questions. He was very thorough and professional. We were really impressed with him. We had to have LED lights installed in the ceiling, and he mentioned that there could be a problem with the existing cans. But it tuns out the technician who came out did not have to carve holes at all. So, they installed four new can lights, and everything turned out perfect. The electrician was quick and professional. He would actually hold a cardboard box in one hand so he could catch shavings as he cut with his other hand. He was very conscientious about not making a mess. We were pretty impressed.

They were very good.. Our experience with Out Today was wonderful. I had no trouble getting the furnace in. The technician stayed late and returned even the next day to make sure everything was working. They were very good.

The service tech arrived on time and performed the services. The service tech arrived on time and performed the services expected. I would give this company A ratings except for one very annoying thing: The tech not only put his company's sticker on the furnace, but he put one on the hot water tank, which was not part of the service, and one on the electrical panel, which was also not part of the service. If you don't have any problems with large advertising stickers that are difficult to remove placed on your home, then you will probably be happy with this company. I'm not. And I won't use them again.

thank you guys!. We purchased a Big Deal through Angie's List for a little bit of work, but then the techs found some issues that turned out to make the job bigger. Overall, the experience was okay.

OutToday. Com was fast and accurate. OutToday. Com was fast and accurate. I called Day and Night, and this was the group that came out. Under the cabinet there was an air gap between the dish washer and the garbage disposal, it had been ripped out by someone, and they fixed that. They also looked at the hot water heater's leak and found an easy way to fix it. They finally got our hot water running. They were very clean and neat.

I was happy with the quote. Rodney from OutToday. Com came out and gave me an estimate on a Sunday. I was happy with the quote so he sent his crew back on Monday to start work. His crew arrived on time and were very presentable. They got right to work and handled themselves professionally. They were hard-working and knew exactly what they were doing. They showed up again on Tuesday and Wednesday. I was a little upset with the crew on Tuesday because they showed up a few hours later than they had said they would, which threw the day off a bit and kept them there into the early evening. But honestly, I'm really happy with the work they did do so I can't knock them too much. I also thought the equipment they used was high quality.

They sent out an electrician and he offered up different suggestions and even offered to dig a trench to hide some of the wires and pipes. I just thought that was so impressive. I thought his honesty was great and refreshing.
