Washington Water Damage are the contractors that need to be called if you have a disaster. We had a pipe break while we were on vacation and our house was in a bad way! The crew did a great job drying our house, caring for our furniture and putting everything back in place. The construction crew did a great job repairing the house and it looks great. This disaster has allowed us to remodel and thanks to WWD they turned a tough situation into a good one.

An All-in-One Company. Flooding, water damage, mold, and the occasional fire damage have all been troubles I’ve had to deal with while managing several different properties. All of those situations are stressful, terrible and just downright bad, thankfully I have been able to dial just one phone number to resolve all of those issues. Washington Water Damage & Cleaning Services is an incredible company. They get things done and they get it done quickly. If you ever have an issue and needs a mess cleaned up, these are the guys to call, they’re true professionals.

Rescued our flooded basement. Thanks so much to WA Water Damage for responding quickly AND cleaning up an absolutely awful mess in our basement following a ruptured septic tank. When we realized something was wrong with our tank, we immediately called a sewer contractor and a cleaning service because we knew that they could handle this nightmare without the panic that we had. Washington Water Damage, tackled the flooded basement head-on and took care of the flooding (thankfully it was just dirty water and not something else). I'm so appreciative of their prompt response and the hard work cleaning up a terrible mess.

Saved my Bathroom. Following some bathroom flooding, due to my curious 4-year-old scientist who wanted to do an experiment and see what would happen if he flushed a sock-puppet down the toilet, I needed someone to come in asap and get rid of the all the water that should have been in the toilet (and seeing as how my son neglected to tell us about his “experiment” for about an hour, there was a lot). My husband got in touch with Washington Water Damage, while I got in touch with a plumber. Washington Water Damage arrived around the same time as our plumber and they expertly managed to clean up the water excess while he was wrapping up getting rid of the clog. Everyone played nice and were done quickly, they saved me from turning my headache into a major migraine.
