I wish I'd seen the Yelp reviews before calling this company (to whom I'd been referred for a Whilrlpool dryer that had stopped working). I started getting scared watching the rough way the tech handled my washer/dryer unit, parts, tools and various inconveniences and obstructions, and I didn't appreciate the way he argued with me when I raised concerns. I finally called the whole session to a halt when sparks flew while he was putting in a lightbulb. I'll be getting someone else to finish the job

Fast, Nice and Honest. I had my Fridge go out on a Friday morning. After calling Sears and being told they could get me a technican in 20 days, I asked for another name. They gave me First App Service team's number. I explained that I had 2 little kids and was really going to struggle without a fridge for the weekend. The tech came out in 2 hours and fixed the problem in 45 minutes. He was cordial, honest about the repair, and cleaned up after himself. I'd use this company again.

First Appliance, What? No.... Well the fat lady what works the counter can be so nice and a real arrogant "B." I guess her mood swings depends dictates her attitude. Women do have a tendancy to allow their emotions to control their thinking. I use to go in there to buy parts, but after 3 times of they don't have it or the price was too expensive... I just gave up on trying to do business with them. Now I just go online and buy my parts and have them shipped to my door.

As for some of the other negative posts herein. Seattle and Bellevue are full of a bunch of passive aggressive whiners. They also think that their dollar has so much value and it doesn't Always wanting something for nothing and back stabbing when they can't get what they want. Fortunately, there are some really good people in Bellevue. I love Belv.

washer fixed fast. had part on truck was able to fix same day, was very nice and cleaned up, sears said I would have to wait 2 weeks for part.

On Time Every Time. Years ago I called FAST and have used them for years. They are always on time and get the job done right the first time. Love them and would recommend them to everyone I talk to. Friendly service and always calls before coming out. Jeanie
