Unreliable?. I purchased a coupon for this company from Amazon (99$). I called the company to set up a pick-up day and time- which was Tuesday. I called Tuesday morning and was told that they could come any time- just call them when I got home from work. I called at 4:15- and was told they would be there in an hour. 6:00 rolled by so I called them back- I was told they were still at another job and would be coming in the next 30 minutes. Finally 7:35 rolled by and they called and said they were on the way to my home. I waited until 8:30 and they still had not shown up so I called 2-3 times in the next 1/2 an hour and Chip had turned off his phone and his message box was full. They never showed up!

I called the next day- thinking that perhaps something had happened and once again- the phone rang out- and he never picked up (message box was still full). I waited until 3:00 the next day to see if he would call and let me know what was going on- but never received any kind of call- so I called Amazon and got a refund. I guess they are not reliable!!! :0(

Excellent Service made good. Been waiting since 8 AM, now 1 pm. No managers calling me back to update status, been waiting since 10:15 for that call. . THIS IS AN UPDATE. John called me himself, apologized and made it up to me and then some. This is the way a business is supposed to treat its customers. Kudos and keep up the good work!

Great Service. I don't usually write reviews, but we were so impressed with this service that I took the time to create an account. We own a business in Seattle and needed to get rid of some construction debris. Rubbish Works showed up and took it all away so quick I couldn't believe it. I thought of doing it myself, but OMG - after they were done I was so glad I hired them. They even took some of the items to be reused! Highly recommend this company! Michelle Carson

Courteous Rubbish Removal. Rubbish works really is a no brainer! I know, most of us think that I'll haul that pile to the dumpster when I get a chance, or I can borrow my friend's truck to move that and save some money rather than hiring someone. OK, so is that pile of rubbish still there? Inevitably yes and I must say that it slowly erodes at your peace of mind. Tomorrow never comes...

Save yourself some time, stress and sanity and call the professionals at Rubbish Works! John will promptly answer all your questions and your rubbish will find its new home away from your yard or garage pronto! The friendly uniformed crew shows up on time and gladly hauls off your things so they may be recycled (most of their rubbish is recycled and few if any goes to the landfill). Give yourself a break and let them take care of your business - I know who to call when I'm cleaning out my discarded stuff!

My Rubbish was removed. Rubbish Works is great. They showed up on time, were very professional and didn't cost an arm and a leg. What else do you want.

I'm glad I hired Rubbish Works. I'm glad I hired Rubbish Works. It was overwhelming trying to figure out what to do with all the debris after our fire. Our insurance company recommended calling Rubbish Works to help with the work. I was skeptical to have somebody sifting through our debris, but after I talked to the owner and he assured me the crew was used to doing this type of thing I went ahead and scheduled a junk removal pickup. The crew called me about 20 minutes before they arrived which gave me time to get my kids in front of the TV and my checkbook ready. They showed up and immediately I was impressed. Two nice young men with smiles helped me deal with this huge mess. They gave me an estimate and assured me they would have it cleaned up in less than an hour! I couldn't believe it when they knocked on the door and told me they were done. I inspected their work and they had actually swept up the area where my pile of junk was. While they were there I asked them to take some yard debris from the backyard. They gladly carried it around the house and put it in the truck. All said I was a positive experince. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Kate Carson

Eastside's Best Junk Remover. Rubbish Works is great! They set an appointment, come on time, and take your junk away -- what more could you ask? Okay, so there's more. They were cheaper than their competitors and they recycled most of my stuff. Way to go guys!

Great Customer Service. If you have items that you want to get rid of, Rubbish Works is the perfect choice. They have a crew that will come to your house and remove what ever it is that you want to throw out. They recycle everything they can, which is a bonus. They were professional and the crew was a lot of fun also. They were great!
