WHERE HAVE ALL THE GOOD BUNS (BOAS) GONE?. This Hong Kong style bakery is where Chef Cheung has set up shop. According to the chef, he trained in Hong Kong and formerly worked at Regence for 8 years.

It's no wonder the quality of Golden Boat's baked goods rivals those in HK, Vancouver and Seattle. The buns are fresh, soft slightly chewy and very generously filled with either savory or sweet treats. Currently working on adding bubble tea drinks to the menu.

Notables:

1. BBQ pork bun in an authentic Cantonese brown sauce (not red food coloring) with lean meat

2. Sponge cake - coffee or original flavor

3. Gai Mei Bao - coconut bun

4. Egg and Portugese tarts

5. Pineapple buns
