I was running a tight schedule and they worked with me to get me in and out of the shop. There were several things wrong with the car and options were presented about which were the most pressing needs to spread out the cost if necessary.

Had my car towed to Excel. Even when they couldn't get to it immediately they called several times to update me on the status. They did a great job repairing the vehicle quickly, seemed interested in getting me back on the road and the pricing was extremely fair.

As a single woman I'm always skeptical when undertaking automotive repairs...am I getting shafted? Are they exaggerating what needs to be done to make more money? That never happens anymore since I started going to Excel! Brad is always so friendly and honest and has done right by me in more ways than one! They know me and my car and I wont trust anyone else with my repairs! I'm a very satisfied customer and refer people to Excel whenever I get the opportunity! Great work guys!
