Need to work on cost of repair.. The dent was a hard one to fix. They were contact me if it could not be fix. The quote was $450. I did not get a call or saw the tech when pick up my 2004 exl accord. It was not completely fixed, the manager looked at the repair. He said the tech could not get to the dent. I asked to take off some money because if was not finish. He told the clerk to take off $50. Then the clerk found the bill from the Tech he wrote charge $300.00 because he could finish the job. The tech was very good. Then when I paid, I ask for my AAA discount. The clerk said the discount was only on the $400, not the $300.The repair in my option should have been $225. I am disappointed in the management. The tech was great and knew his job....

Excelent work, and customer service!!. Ive been in the car business for many years and these guys know what their doing.

Everything was perfect. From the time I called for an estimate, to scheduling and

getting my dents fixed on time with no problems, I am a very happy customer. I refered my

mother to dent wizard also, and her experience was the exact same. If you want a great job done

the first time for a great cost, I recomend calling these guys. ill be a customer for life.

Fantastic service, Exceptional product, Great price. Highly recommend!. I went to multiple bodyshops to get a small dent(caused in the windstorm) repaired on my Lexus and was blown away by the high prices. A friend recommended me to call the Dent Wizard. I went to their conveinient Bellevue location and recieved a free estimate. I tried calling some of the other companies that offer similiar services but of the ones that actually answered or returned my call, none of them had a shop that I could take it to and I was not comfortable having them come to me. After considering my options, I made an appointment with the Dent Wizard and had the repairs done. The staff was very proffessional and accommidating. I left my car with them for about an hour and took my daughter to lunch. By the time we were done, the repair was done. The repair was better than I had ever imagined it could be. I was amazed that it did not need to be repainted. I hope I never get another dent, but if I do I will definatly use Dent Wizard again.

Dent Wizard... why?. I went in to get a quote to fix couple of areas on my 2003 Acura, but left without getting anything fixed. The woman who gave me the quote (and excuses) was pretty blase about my needs and was extremely selective about which vehicle gets fixed and which doesn't. I had a golf ball-sized dent on my left front fender, some small dings on the right door and a slightly noticeable and elongated indentation near the rear right fender... with very minute paint scrape. The estimator pretty much said Dent Wizard won't do jobs they cannot do perfectly because their reputation is very important to them. Pefectly understandable. I asked her how much it would cost to remove just the small door dings (4) and the long dent near the rear right fender, but not the front-left fender. The job doesn't have to be 100% perfect since I'm getting rid of the vehicle. She said "$500, it would take all day and there's a one month waiting list." I said thank you and good bye since I knew she was lying to me and was using her "expertise" to get rid of me.

A few weeks later I called an independent pdr technician who understood my needs and did the work to my satisfaction for a fraction of Dent Wizard's high prices. Please look around for other independent PDR businesses... they're lot less expensive since they don't have high overhead costs. PDR was not invented by Dent Wizard and is not a proprietory system they own. Dent Wizard is simply a large national chain.
