The place to go if you are looking for a tasty spin on Greek/Mediterranean influenced fare for lunch or dinner. Also the place to go if you want to treat yourself in the morning with some of Lola's renowned made to order doughnuts with jam and mascarpone.
Like most of Chef Tom Douglas's restaurants the room is big & boisterous. The tangines and roast lamb are stellar but don't overlook the simple but tasty and affordable dishes like Grandma Dot's Greek spaghetti and the Lola spreads including Kopanisti~pistachio, mavrodaphne served with perfect pita.
Tom Douglas goes Greek, even for brunch with ouzo galore, meze and kebabs to more traditional options like granola (with Greek yogurt), eggs Benedict and Tom's Big Breakfast with Mediterranean octopus and peppers.

Octopus for breakfast? Hell yum! It's all part of the Greek-inspired fare at this Tom Douglas place at Hotel Andra. The spreads are a good place to start, moving the needle way beyond the standard hummus. Kebabs are sizzling haute and do not miss the stellar seafood specials, vibrantly seasoned and cooked with care. So healthy, you'll definitely want to indulge in an order of those made-to-order Greek doughnuts to end your meal.

With donuts being a huge draw for some, its the smashed potatoes that lure me! This may be a hotel restaurant but don't judge it as such. Greek inspired delicious modern fare you should try, especially for brunch and lunch.
Great cocktails and the selection of all six Lola spreads is a must - although you will probably need to order extra pita. As much as I love this place, their bread-to-spread ratio is off!
Very Accomodating !.
I recently started going back to Lola as about a year ago I did not have such a great experience as I had remembered from 2003 and 2004. Lately I have been going 1-2 times per week and I really enjoy it. The service is exceptional - the staff really makes me feel welcome and I even had a recent experience such that my server proactilvely took care of me as we had switched into happy hour and ensured I got the best price.
It meant a lot - particulary when you dine out as much as I do. A really nice experience - they truly do seem to want you to have an exceptional visit and receive feedback well and act on it. I recently took a friend there for brunch and we had a fantastic time.
Thank you LOLA
Awesome!!!. Lola Seattle is wonderful and we have been enjoying every time we go.
Perfect Date Place.
TO DIE FOR: Lamb Kebab (goes well with grandma dots noodles).
I love going here for dates because the atmosphere is amazing and the food is delicious. Also it will leave a good first impression if you're trying to find a good first date place!
Great food, upbeat atmosphere. The atmosphere at Lola's is lively and upbeat. The food is great - I have had breakfast, lunches and dinners there. They open at 7 am for early breakfasts right downtown. My friends all enjoyed it as well!
Amzing and Dreamy Any Time of Day. If I could afford to eat at Lola every day, I would never need to go anywhere else. Hands down my favorite breakfast in the city. The pancakes are light and fluffy, served with an insanely delicious fruit compote and those doughnuts beat Top Pot any day. Happy hour is great with skewered meats and the smashed potatoes are good and super garlicky. Lola is a must-visit!
Best Eggs Benny EVER. Bar none the best Benedict I have ever had. I took a couple breafast lovers here for brunch last weekend. I was sold the minute I dipped a piece of the smashed potatoes and shaved ham into the dill hollandaise sauce and took a bite! Mamosas, sides of bacon and sausage, delicious! And the staff is very friendly.
super tasty place to share. Our server was fantastic and gave my friend and I good recommendations on both wine and food. The Chicken kabob was one of those magical food experiences that one rarely has... we ordered another. They were mindful of us needing to get to a theatre show. Everything was quite tasty.
Delicious splurge. My husband and I decided to dine here after enjoying Lola's food at a party at the Palace Ballroom. The food was really delicious, if a bit expensive. We enjoyed the spreads as an hors d'oeuvre. We had the feta spread and the fig and olive spread and really liked both. (As a side note, it seemed a little ridiculous to have to pay $3.50 for extra pita bread for the spreads.) My husband had the octopus and I had the greek salad. The salad was outstanding ... really fresh and yummy with great quality ingredients. My husband enjoyed the octopus, but I think if we go back, we'll just split the salad. We each had a tagine as an entree. My goat tagine was fabulous. The meat was so tender and flavorful. My husband's lamb tagine was really good too but not as wonderful as the goat. We had the "doughnuts" for dessert and they were tasty but nothing special in our opinion. The cocktails were good, especially my husband's sidecar, and we both enjoyed the "house" wine. Service was polite, efficient, and prompt. Our server made great menu recommendations and was gracious about the fact that our salads arrived before the spreads. Also, the reservations staff and hostess were very kind to us. We had a reservation for 9:15 on Saturday night, but they told my husband when he made the reservation on Thursday to call Saturday morning to see if they could fit us in earlier in the event of last-minute cancellations, and they wound up moving our reservation to 8:30 pm. When we showed up at 7:45 pm planning to enjoy a drink at the bar before being seated, they were able to seat us right away, which was great for us tired young parents! Overall it was a really nice night out. It is a little pricey, even considering the high quality of the food and service, but it is well worth it for a treat!
Very good. This was a very interesting dinning experience. Upscale with a causal feel that is comforting. I thoroughly enjoyed the variety of different flavors offered and the Brussels sprouts were the best I have ever had! Even people who despise these mini cabbages would find these palatable. The one thing I did not like about the food was the Roasted Lamb, as I had to keep removing fat and gristle objects from my mouth that i was unable to chew; which I found to be embarrassing and annoying. The overall flavor of the Lamb was very good and the sauce was delightful but the toughness and inability to throughly chew the meat is inexcusable for a Tom Douglas restaurant. I will absolutely go back but will not be ordering the Lamb. I highly recommend the Spare Ribs, Smashed potatoes and the appetizer spreads! The Service was also very very good.
Wonderful food, great spreads & Greek salad. My mom and I went here recently and we were really impressed with the food. We had to make it to a play at the 5th Avenue so we were advised to only get salads and kabobs in order to make it in time. We started off with Greek salads that were wonderful. The cherry tomatoes were juicy and flavorful and the feta cheese was soooo good. All the ingredients were fresh and the dressing was perfect - not too greasy like some Greek salads can get. We then had a spread that was similar to hummus but a bit different and we couldn't stop raving about it. The pita bread was warm and a little crusty and the spread tasted garlicy and yummy. We then shared salmon, chicken, and lamb kabobs. The lamb was very good but the chicken and salmon were run of the mill. Overall our meal was pretty spendy but I would say it was worth it, and I have plans to go back soon.
