Do not use Tom Youngjohn. I called for a consulation about an adjustment of status. After asking me a few questions he asked how long I had known my husband. From that point forward he treated me like a fraud. Yes, the length of time I have known my husband is shorter than most, and Mr. Youngjohn was doing his job by asking if we got married fradulently, but once I answered that it was a bonafide marriage, it certainly did not warrant - nor did I appreciate - his response of "Yeah, and I have two heads."

Absolutely unprofessional, rude, and judgemental - not what I would look for in an immigration attorney.

I highly suggest you look for a worthy attorney to take on your case, not an attorney who claims to be a Christian on his website, then turns around and judges prospective clients unfairly from the very beginning.
